I feel strongly that investing of 83 acres under Chris Peacock’s management has maximized for the best. I selected Chris because i thought he was most knowledgeable – not pushy – made good sense. He was most sincere to help me make a bad situation turn good.

I think of Chris as a friend – mentor, as much as a manager. I think of Chris as a sincere, educated and truthful individual.

Chris and Lauren was with us every step of the way.  They always provided helpful insight and recommendations on moving forward with the sale. No question, either big or small ever went unanswered. Chris was also very helpful after the sale providing documentation for tax purposes as well.  I cannot recommend Chris and Lauren highly enough.  If you are ever in need of any of their services, you cannot hire anyone better.  They both treat you like family, not just as part of their job.
