Raised on a grain and livestock farm in East Central Indiana, Lauren’s extensive agriculture knowledge began on her multi-generational farm and expanded to the seed industry then ultimately joining the Halderman Companies as a second-generation employee. She has a true passion for agriculture and helping people alongside her father, Chris Peacock as they serve their clients throughout East Central Indiana and West Central Ohio.

She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness from Purdue University with a minor in both Farm Management and Communications.  Lauren is active in several community and professional organizations, including the Indiana Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, where she is currently serving as President; the Winchester Rotary Club; the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and more.
